Exton Sports — Terms, Disclosure and Waiver

For court and lane bookings at Exton Sports Center, 4 Tabas Lane, Building 2, Exton, PA 19341 — squash, badminton, cricket and every other sport played there. Part 1 is version 2026-10-13-3.

Part 1

Booking terms and disclosures

  1. Who I am booking with

    Courts and lanes at Exton Sports Center are operated by SQUASH TIGERS EXTON LLC ("Exton Sports" or "the club"). Bookings and payments are handled through Orangish, the booking platform the club uses. This document covers every sport at the facility — squash, badminton, cricket, and any other racket or ball sport.

  2. Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

    I have had the opportunity to read, and I agree to, the Orangish Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated here by reference.

  3. Price and payment

    The price is the club's published rate for the courts or lanes and the time I choose, shown before I pay. I authorize the club, through its payment processor Stripe, to charge that amount to my card in full when I book.

  4. Holds

    The courts I choose are held while I complete payment. If I do not finish paying, the hold lapses, the courts go back on sale, and nothing is charged.

  5. Changes, cancellations and refunds

    Bookings made this way cannot be changed or cancelled online. To change or cancel, I will contact the club. Cancellation and refund eligibility follow the club's posted policy; except as required by law or stated by the club, payments for bookings are non-refundable.

  6. Players

    As the person booking, I am responsible for all the players on my booking: that the group is a sensible size for what I have booked (the club recommends no more than 4 players per court for squash, 6 per court for badminton and 8 per lane for cricket), that they follow the club's rules and posted notices, and that each of them accepts the waiver in Part 2 before playing. The club may refuse entry to anyone who has not.

  7. My account

    If my email address does not already have an Orangish account, one is created for me and linked to Exton Sports so I can see my booking. There is no password: I sign in with a one-time link sent to my email.

  8. Access and conduct

    Any access details sent to me are for my booking only and must not be shared. I will follow the club's rules and posted notices, and reasonable instructions from staff. The club may refuse or end access for safety, non-payment or a breach of its rules.

  9. Communications

    I agree to receive emails about my booking, including the confirmation, receipt and access details. I will not be sent marketing unless I separately opt in.

  10. Recording

    Activities at the facility may be recorded on video for safety, security and match analysis, as described in the Privacy Policy. Promotional photography is covered by Part 2.

  11. Electronic acceptance

    Paying for a booking with the agreement box ticked is my electronic acceptance of this whole document — Part 1 and Part 2 — and is a valid signature under the E-SIGN Act and Pennsylvania's Uniform Electronic Transactions Act. I can ask the club for a copy at any time.

  12. Governing law

    This document is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. If any part is held unenforceable, the rest still applies.

Assumption of risk, release and waiver

Exton Sports — Assumption of Risk, Release and Waiver of Liability Please read this before you play. By signing, you are giving up legal rights. 1. What I am signing up for. I am using the courts, facilities and equipment at Exton Sports to play squash, badminton, cricket or another racket or ball sport, or to accompany someone who is. 2. The risks I am accepting. I understand these are physical activities and that injury is possible even when everyone behaves sensibly. Risks include, and are not limited to: collisions with other players, walls, nets or equipment; being struck by a ball, shuttle or racket; slips, trips and falls; sprains, strains, fractures and cuts; eye injury; overexertion, heat illness and cardiac events; and injury caused by the conduct of other people using the facility. I accept these risks knowingly and voluntarily. 3. I am fit to play. I confirm that I am in good enough health to take part, and that I have been advised to consult a physician if I am unsure. If a medical condition of mine could affect my safety or anyone else's, I will tell the club before I play. 4. Eye protection. The club recommends protective eyewear, particularly for squash and for junior players. I understand the club does not require it, that whether to wear it is my own decision, and that eye injury is one of the risks I have accepted above. 5. Release. In exchange for being allowed to use the facility, I release Exton Sports, its owners, operators, employees, contractors and coaches from any claim for injury, illness, death, or loss of or damage to property arising out of my use of the facility — INCLUDING CLAIMS ARISING FROM THEIR ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE. I am not releasing anyone from gross negligence, recklessness, or intentional or criminal conduct, and nothing here waives any right that Pennsylvania law does not permit me to waive. 6. My own conduct. I agree to follow the club's rules and posted safety notices, and to follow reasonable instructions from staff. I accept responsibility for damage I cause deliberately or carelessly. 7. Guests I bring. If I book a court and add other players, I will make sure each of them signs this waiver before they play. I understand the club may refuse entry to anyone who has not. 8. Under 18s. If the person playing is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign. A player under 16 must be accompanied at the facility by a parent, guardian or another responsible adult. Signing as a parent or guardian, I confirm I have authority to do so. 9. Emergencies. If I am injured and cannot consent, I authorise the club to arrange first aid or emergency medical care at my expense. 10. Photography. The club may take photographs or video in public areas of the facility for its own promotional use. I may ask the club in writing not to use images of me, and it will honour that. 11. This is the whole agreement. It is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. If any part of it is held unenforceable, the rest still applies. I have read this, I understand it, and I am signing it freely.
