Orangish is operated by STAR SQUASH, LLC, a New Jersey company. We provide a sports club management platform including court booking, lessons, match recording, and performance tracking. Contact: admin@orangish.io
Account information: Name, email address, and profile photo — obtained from your Google or Apple account when you sign in. We do not receive your Google or Apple password.
Profile information: Optional fields you choose to provide: phone number, sport preferences, date of birth (for junior programs).
Usage data: Court bookings, lesson schedules, match recordings, wearable data (if you connect Strava or Whoop), and in-app activity.
Payment data: Billing is handled by Stripe. We store only the last four digits of your card and card brand. We never see or store your full card number.
Device and technical data: IP address, device type, browser type, and session data for security and debugging purposes.
We use your information to: (a) provide and improve the Platform; (b) process bookings, lessons, and payments; (c) send booking confirmations and reminders (if you opt in to SMS or push notifications); (d) show you relevant tournaments and coaching content; (e) generate performance insights from your match and wearable data; (f) comply with legal obligations; (g) detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data with:
Stripe — for payment processing.
Cloudflare — for video streaming and delivery.
Supabase — for secure database and authentication hosting.
Twilio — for delivering the text messages you opted in to, and nothing else. See Section 5.
Strava / Whoop — only if you explicitly connect your account.
Club Admins — your name, contact info, and booking history are visible to admins of clubs where you are a member or guest.
We may disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights of others, or in connection with a business transaction (merger, acquisition, or asset sale), in which case we will notify you.
If you opt in, we send text messages about sessions you have booked: a reminder the evening before, a reminder shortly before the session starts, and a notice if your club cancels a booked session. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
Frequency:Message frequency varies with how often you book, and is typically 2–6 messages per month.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Orangish does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier may. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not share your mobile number. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and no mobile information is shared with third parties for their own marketing. Numbers are shared only with our messaging provider (Twilio) for the sole purpose of delivering the messages you asked for.
Opting in and out:You opt in by ticking the SMS box in your profile, beneath the phone number the messages will go to. Consent is recorded with the date and the wording you agreed to, and applies only to that number — if you change your number, consent is cleared and must be given again. You can untick the box at any time, or reply STOP to any message to stop immediately. Reply HELP for help.

If you connect Strava or Whoop, we receive activity and health data (heart rate, distance, sleep, etc.) from those providers. This data is used solely to generate performance insights for you and is never shared with third parties or used for advertising.
Video recordings you create are stored in your account and are private by default; you control whether they are shared or made public.
Some clubs install fixed cameras. Court cameras may record play on a court during a scheduled lesson or match; that footage is attached to the corresponding lesson or match record and used only for coaching, safety, and performance analysis. Common-area cameras record entrances and shared spaces for safety and security. Cameras are never placed in locker rooms or bathrooms, and record video only (no audio). Where cameras are in use, the club posts visible signage. Footage follows each club’s retention and access policies and is available only to authorized club staff and the participants in the session.
By playing on a camera-equipped court or entering a monitored area, you consent to being recorded for these purposes. For junior players, a parent or guardian’s consent is required(collected at program enrollment, consistent with Section 11); a parent or guardian may request that a junior’s court footage be withheld or deleted, subject to legitimate safety needs.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial records are retained for 7 years per US tax requirements).
Depending on your location, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten"); object to processing; request data portability. To exercise these rights, contact admin@orangish.io. We will respond within 30 days.
We use session cookies for authentication. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, but this may prevent you from signing in.
We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage at rest, and row-level security on our database. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure — we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Platform is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. Junior program features require date-of-birth verification and parental consent for users under 13.
The Platform is operated from the United States. If you access the Platform from outside the US, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Platform, you consent to this transfer.
We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification and will require re-acceptance. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
