By accessing or using Orangish ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users including Players, Members, Coaches, and Club Admins.
Orangish is a sports club management platform that enables members to book courts, schedule lessons, join squads, stream matches, and track performance. The Platform is operated by STAR SQUASH, LLC ("Orangish", "we", "us", "our").
You must create an account to use most features. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We use Google and Apple Sign-In for authentication — we do not store passwords.
You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for unlawful purposes; (b) impersonate any person or entity; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Platform; (d) upload harmful or offensive content; (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure.
Orangish is free to use. There is no setup fee, no subscription, no per-member fee and no platform commission or take-rate, for players or for clubs. What you pay is set by your club — memberships, court fees, lessons, squads and any other charges are the club's own prices, collected through Orangish on the club's behalf. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, whose processing fees are passed through at cost. Refunds and cancellations follow your club's published policy and the cancellation terms in Section 6.
Bookings are subject to availability and club policies. Late cancellations (within 24 hours) may incur fees as stated at the time of booking. No-shows may be charged at full rate. We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to facility closures, maintenance, or events.
Coaches operating independently at Orangish facilities are independent contractors, not employees of Orangish. Orangish makes no representations regarding independent coaches' qualifications, certifications, or suitability. All arrangements between members and independent coaches are at the parties' own risk.
You retain ownership of recordings and content you create. By uploading content to the Platform, you grant Orangish a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content for purposes of operating the Platform. You represent that you have the right to upload any content you submit.
Participation in sports and physical activities carries inherent risk of injury. By using the Platform to book courts, lessons, or squads, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Orangish is not liable for injuries sustained while using club facilities unless caused by our gross negligence.
All trademarks, logos, and content on the Platform (other than user-generated content) are owned by Orangish or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without our written consent.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ORANGISH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mercer County, New Jersey.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will require you to re-accept the Terms on your next login. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
We operate a transactional SMS program, Orangish Booking Reminders, for members of participating clubs. Taking part is optional and is never a condition of creating an account, booking, or making any purchase.
How to opt in:enter a mobile number in your Profile and tick the SMS consent checkbox, which is unchecked by default. Consent is recorded with the date and the exact wording you agreed to, and applies only to that number — changing your number clears it.
Messages you receive: a reminder the evening before a booked session, a reminder shortly before it starts, and a notice if your club cancels a session you booked. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
Frequency:varies with how often you book; typically 2–6 messages per month.
Cost: message and data rates may apply. Orangish does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier may. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting out: reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT to any message, or untick the SMS box in your Profile. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to rejoin. Reply HELP to any message, or email admin@orangish.io, for help.
Privacy: mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and no mobile information is shared with third parties for their own marketing. Full details are on our SMS Program page.
