1. How Members Opt In (Call to Action)
Opt-in is
explicit, web-based, and unchecked by default. No text is ever sent unless a member actively ticks the box shown below. Opting in is optional and is
not a condition of creating an account, booking, or any purchase.
The full opt-in flow:- Create an account or sign in at app.orangish.io/join.
- Open Profile → Personal Information.
- Enter and save a mobile number.
- Tick the (unchecked) “Text me reminders about my booked sessions” box that appears directly beneath the number.
- Consent is recorded with the date, the exact wording agreed to, and a version stamp (
2026-09-12-v2).

2. Who We Are
Orangish is operated by STAR SQUASH, LLC, a New Jersey company, and provides a sports club management platform (court booking, lessons, squad sessions, and reminders) for racket-sports clubs and their members. Contact:

If you opt in, we send transactional appointment reminders only about the lessons, squad sessions and court bookings you have made — a reminder the evening before, a reminder shortly before it starts, and a notice if your club cancels one. We never send marketing or promotional text messages.

5. Frequency
Message frequency varies with how often you book, and is typically 3–40 messages per month — more for a family primary, who receives the confirmations and reminders for everyone on their membership.
6. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Orangish does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier may, according to your plan. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. How to Opt Out & Get Help
You can stop messages at any time by unticking the SMS box in your Profile, or by replying
STOP (also STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) to any message — you will receive one confirmation and no further messages. To opt back in, reply

8. Privacy
We do not share your mobile number. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and no mobile information is shared with third parties for their own marketing. Numbers are shared only with our messaging provider (Twilio) for the sole purpose of delivering the messages you asked for. Full details are in Section 5 of our
